Current Regulations
To ensure the safe and orderly management and use of land for the broader community, regulations or laws are put in place.
In 2018 prior to the appointment of Trustees, new Regulations were introduced for the Caulfield Racecourse Reserve, which replaced the previous regulations. The regulations provide the framework as to how people can use the reserve.
It is timely to review the current regulations now that the direction for the reserve has been established through the Land Management plan.
